This is a whimsical floral image in which various textures, depth and color come through. My goal in shooting this image was to present a different type of flower photography versus the usual single floral image on black or white. Printed on Moab Entrada Bright White Art paper with deckled edges. All of the flowers are from my garden. I had to work quickly to limit wilting. I stacked the flowers, using putty to layer them in various heights to create depth and shadows. I used off camera flash and black and white panels to direct light to create this image in camera.
